WE ARE

WHO

Paradigm Architecture was founded in 1988 in Boca Raton, Florida by its current president, William Watkins, who completed both his MBA and his architecture degree at the University of Kansas before seeking out warmer climes. The firm quickly made a name for itself designing large-scale oceanfront and country club estate homes along the east coast. Branching out from residential to commercial design, the standard that defines us has remained consistent: delivering beautiful, state-of-the-art designs in multiple architectural vernaculars while remaining innovative and satisfying our clients’ demands.

WE DO

WHAT

Good design should be tailored to both the needs of its inhabitants and the unique demands of its environment. We focus on these needs from project inception to final delivery, innovating and incorporating such features as tornado- and hurricane-resistant architectural technology into thoughtfully designed, geographically contextual buildings. Our thorough documentation and specification process has consistently resulted in less than 1% bid variation on competitively bid projects and a track record that includes no litigation, mediation, or arbitration on a variety of multimillion dollar projects. We are proud to stand by the work we do and the way in which we do it: detail is the key to both.

Our mission:

  1. Be sought after by clients - be unequalled, unrivaled, unparalleled.

  2. Provide innovative design through our use of cutting-edge technologies and materials.

  3. Attain absolute client satisfaction, balancing design excellence, thoroughness and competency of documentation, client responsiveness, and extensive knowledge.

  4. Set standards of quality and professionalism in all affairs, from client interaction to preparation of contract documents.

  5. Differentiate ourselves via distinction in three dimensional design and documentation.

We will continually develop a well-trained, highly skilled, highly productive staff. Paradigm Architecture combines Building Information Modeling (BIM) with traditional experience to streamline documents, minimize errors, and provide control over quality and coordination of document sets.

As the architect is no longer "master builder," we recognize that drawings must no longer be abstract approximations, but rather simulations of performance, usage, and cost.

Paradigm Architecture is a regional architectural firm with a national reach.
