Designs are complete for this two-story, 15,000-square foot contemporary prairie-style residence. Designed with entertaining in mind, it features exterior limestone-clad wall panels, a slate roof, and massing details influenced by Wrightian concepts.
Entering via a glass-roofed porte-cochère, guests encounter a large reception foyer and a two-story formal gathering room employing a NANA wall system to connect the indoor living space to the exterior rear porch and pool area. The plan also features a 29'x18' dining area, a double-island kitchen, an informal gathering wing, a multi-level home theater with seating for 16, a billiards room, and a bar. In addition to a 3,000-square foot master suite, there are six guest suites and two additional guest rooms. Twin glass-clad polygonal stairs complete the vernacular design.
